Published purpose
This project aims to develop a digital research environment. The first line of action is aimed at studying the necessary adjustments to management consulting practices in the face of the advent of digitization. The focus will be on front and back office activities. The second focus will be on revising the criteria used to assess company performance. Notions of economic efficiency will be introduced to support management consulting.
