Published purpose
This project aims to improve the criminal justice system for children, women, and families in Mexico. Project activities include: (1) assisting the Mexican federal government to establish a federal body on juvenile justice; (2) assessing the needs of young people involved in the justice system, including young men and women, in one Mexican state; (3) providing information to the Mexican judiciary on the main features of the juvenile court and gender-sensitive policies; and (4) providing technical assistance, research, and policy support to improve responses to domestic violence, including stalking and cyberviolence.
