Published purpose

This project aims to refine the evolved Ontario Swine Incident Command Centre (OSICC) program structure with a focus on building capacity. Central to this will be a focus on relationship and capacity building and commitment within the industry to fill the roles of its various positions (including relationships outside of the pork industry), implement proposed solutions to gaps identified in an earlier application and conduct simulations to test the new OSICC structure.
