Published purpose

This proposal seeks to support the Government of Ecuador in implementing policy and programmatic responses to promote social inclusion and integration of Venezuelan migrants, maximizing the benefits for both host and migrants and refugees, as outlined in the Plan for the Attention and Protection of Venezuelan Population in Conditions of Human Mobility in Ecuador. The proposal focuses on providing hands-on technical assistance and policy dialogue support around different policy priorities outlined in the Plan, including evidence generation, lessons from best practices from around the world, advice on policy design and implementation, and support in monitoring and evaluation of programs implemented for a process of continuous improvement to achieve intended goals.
