Published purpose
The purpose of the Program Support Facility (PSF) is to increase the overall quality and effectiveness of development programming in the Philippines supported through Canada's Official Development Assistance. The PSF is a consolidated mechanism to finance substantive program support activities in three different areas, each with program-wide implications: 1) technical and professional services; 2) knowledge-building, analysis, and dissemination; and 3) aid effectiveness.
