Published purpose
The Human Immunology Research Teams are expected to: •Generate new scientific knowledge that will advance our understanding of human immunology as it relates to autoimmune diseases, with appropriate consideration of sex-related mechanisms, in order to improve the health of Canadians living with autoimmune diseases. •Leverage the Standardization Core by encouraging collaboration with the Core and utilization of the Core’s research methodologies where possible. •Develop and strengthen research capacity by providing training opportunities to the next generation of human immunology researchers in the field of autoimmune diseases.
