The specific objectives of this funding opportunity are: •To address evidence gaps and build the evidence base for the mental health and substance use response to COVID-19. •To provide current evidence on mental health services needs, delivery and related guidelines, practice and issues, placed in the COVID-19 context (e.g. effective virtual service delivery models, or other models of care). •To provide decision makers with high quality, timely, accessible and relevant evidence that responds to a priority need in a short period of time.
