Published purpose
The Personalized Health Team Grant is expected to: •Optimize patient/individual empowerment in personalized health care and prevention approaches; •Assess the value of personalized health care for effective implementation and delivery; •Generate exemplars that can be used to facilitate future implementation of personalized health approaches; •Integrate sex, gender and intersectional considerations in the delivery of personalized care approaches, as well as ethical, environmental, economic, legal and social aspects; and •Implement personalized health solutions that incorporate predictive analytic methods and eHealth delivery platforms in health delivery organizations.
