Published purpose
This project aims to procure and deliver military transport busses for the Jordanian armed forces’ (JAF) northern and central regional commands, Military Women’s Training Centre (MWTC), and special forces women’s platoon. Procuring these vehicles complements ongoing efforts to remove systemic barriers and increase women’s participation, integration, and retention throughout the JAF. It is expected that these efforts help to improve the JAF’s capacity to respond to humanitarian and security situations, including threats of terrorism, involving women and children.
