Published purpose

This project aims to enhance media literacy and fact-checking capabilities in Ukraine. Project activities include: (1) organizing a comprehensive program to enhance fact-checking and verification skills within the Ukrainian journalistic community; (2) establishing a network of media literacy clubs across Ukraine, focusing on educating and empowering active citizens to critically assess media content and identify disinformation; and (3) conducting a public awareness campaign on media literacy and fact-checking to empower the broad public to critically evaluate and verify the information. The project aims to benefit Ukrainian journalists, media professionals, and a diverse range of individuals, including women, men, girls, boys, and non-binary persons from different backgrounds and communities.
