Published purpose
The specific objectives of this funding opportunity are to: • Reduce health inequity by accelerating innovative research and solutions which address STBBI risk, prevalence and treatment with a particular focus on key populations; • Enhance inclusive and team-based research in STBBI research, which meaningfully engages people with lived and living experience and adheres to principles of equity, diversity and inclusion in research; and • Advance the co-creation and dissemination of knowledge that benefits the affected communities, decision-makers and other stakeholders focused on decreasing of STBBI impact on health of Canadians.
