Published purpose

• The CIHR Institute of Circulatory and Respiratory Health (CIHR-ICRH) will provide funding for applications determined to be specifically relevant to the CIHR-ICRH broad mandate and to support research and the development of research capacity in the areas of circulatory and respiratory health including disease mechanisms, disease prevention, management and treatment, health systems and policies, and health promotion through public policy. • More information on the CIHR-ICRH mandate and strategic priorities can be found on their website. • Applications that address health equity, sex and gender and/or Indigenous health and wellness issues in any of the research priority areas are encouraged.
