Published purpose

This project seeks to better protect children associated with terrorism in South and Southeast Asia. Project activities include: (1) facilitating cross-border cooperation among policymakers and practitioners; (2) strengthening the legal and policy frameworks of recipient countries to abide by international law; and (3) delivering trainings to social workers who provide psychosocial support to children associated with terrorist groups. The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) implements this project.
