Published purpose
This project aims to increase civil society’s contributions and inclusion, including that of women and youth, to the 15th Crime Congress and its outcomes. Project activities include: (1) convening 1 regional civil society coordination meeting prior to the Latin America and the Caribbean regional preparatory meeting; (2) providing support to civil society organizations, including women and youth-led and youth focused CSOs, to participate in the Latin America and Caribbean regional preparatory meeting; and (3) developing and disseminating a compendium of good practices, challenges and recommendations based on the Global Civil Society Survey, focusing on the progress made and challenges faced in implementing the Kyoto Declaration and the themes for the 15th Crime Congress.
