Published purpose

• CIHR Institute of Human Development, Child and Youth Health (CIHR-IHDCYH), will provide bridge funding for an application that is relevant to the Institute's¿mandate: o As a lifecycle-based Institute, IHDCYH has a broad mandate that covers defined time periods and a wide range of issues pertaining to human development: pre-conception; fertilization; embryonic and fetal development; the health of the mother and father; and the health and development of infants, children, and youth. • Bridge funding can be used at the NPA’s discretion to catalyze work on their proposed project in the manner they feel best moves forward their research program, for example, collection of pilot data, demonstration of feasibility, or work to address peer review comments. • Researchers from all career stages are eligible to apply to this Priority Announcement.
