Published purpose
• This prize will be given annually to the highest-ranking funded project in the Spring 2023 Project Grant competition that is relevant to one of the Institute of Aging’s Strategic Directions. o The CIHR Institute of Aging Strategic Plan 2019-2021: Living Longer, Living Better is based on two main strategic directions (a) the determinants of health and wellness along the life-long trajectory of aging, and (b) the complex health challenges of the older individual and their caregivers. • This prize is a supplemental grant to support research, and must be used according to the Tri Agency Guide on Financial Administration.
