Published purpose

This is a directed grant to the Health System Impact Fellowship (HSIF) National Cohort Training Program (NCTP). This directed grant would be for $100,000 total over two fiscal years, provided as a $75,000 supplement in fiscal years 2023-24 and $25,000 in 2024-25. It serves as additional resources to enable the NCTP program host to: • incorporate the first cohort of 12 recipients of the Health System Impact Embedded Early Career Researcher Award into the NCTP; • revise the NCTP’s training and curriculum to reflect the enriched core competency framework anticipated to be released in Fall 2023; and • implement formal evaluation and impact assessment strategies to evaluate the program’s outcomes and impacts.
