Published purpose

The specific objective of this funding opportunity is to: • Provide funding to the host of the 2025 Summer Institute to develop and implement an intensive 5-day capacity-building program in Sex and Gender+ Science in health research. More specifically, the host of the 2025 Summer Institute in Sex and Gender+ Science will: • Develop the training program and curriculum for trainees in the area of Sex and Gender+ Science; • Recruit and lead a planning and coordination team for the 2025 Summer Institute; • Coordinate and manage the logistics required for successful design and delivery of the 2025 Summer Institute. This includes but is not limited to: recruiting planning and coordination staff; developing the Summer Institute theme and objectives; designing an interactive curriculum with speakers, reading materials, and other learning resources; organizing travel, accommodation, and meals for mentors and instructors attending the Summer Institute, as well as meals for trainees.
