Examples of eligible projects include, but are not limited to: • Understanding the changing health issues of individuals with CF as they age • Understanding the long-term effects of medications (including CF transmembrane conductance regulators (CFTR) modulators) in CF over the lifespan • Understanding the impact of modulators on fetal development and early childhood • Understanding changes in treatments as people with CF age • Strategies to maintain and enhance lung health over the lifespan • Transitions from pediatric to adult CF care • Preventative strategies for cardiovascular and other complications
