Published purpose

Establish the Bulk Fuel and Drumming Facility project, a fuel drumming facility in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories (NWT). Fuel Flo would be able to barrel the product at their new facility based on customer orders, limiting the risk of losses due to transportation and handling of fuel barrels over long distances.
