Sakku Investments Corporation (SIC) will purchase a modular duplex housing unit to ship and instal in Coral Harbour. SIC will purchase and have the duplex delivered to the port in St. Catherine, Quebec. The duplex will then be further shipped to Coral Harbour via sealift/barge.
