Published purpose

Future spacecraft will have more complex avionics that produce large amounts of data, requiring enhanced on-board information processing and rapid delivery of results to end users. This project aims to develop radiation-tolerant, reliable, lightweight, low-power, and cost-effective microelectronics based on advanced commercial available technologies for space applications. The project will also help to accelerate current research on radiation effects in space systems.
