Published purpose

This project entitled ""Dyson Spectrometer Prototype Development"" will develop an innovative prototype spectrometer for microsatellite based, hyperspectral imaging applications, that will be able to achieve low distortion performance over a large field-of-view. The proposed approach contains fewer optical elements than other approaches and is configured in a compact format with modest demands for weight, volume, and cooling resources which make it make it very attractive for microsatellite applications as well as for aircraft and unmanned aerial vehicle applications.
