Earth Observation Envelope Program (EOEP). The following contribution has been awarded under the European Space Agency (ESA) Contribution Program pursuant the Cooperation agreement signed between the Government of Canada and ESA. The Program EOEP is an optional Program of ESA. The purpose of the EOEP program is to develop our knowledge of Earth and to preserve the Earth and its environment. EOEP supports science oriented Earth Explorer Missions, and early phases of Earth Watch user-driven Earth Observation missions.
