Published purpose

This project entitled ""On-board Processing"" will seek to test the use of non-radiation hardened devices in the harsh space environment. The most capable on-board processing devices are not radiation-hardened and as such, they require special hardware and software mitigation. Given the continued growth in digital signal processing, there is a need to enhance the on-board system performance.
