The objective of this project entitled "" Teams In Extreme Environments: Exploring Autonomy, Motivation, and Stress (TE3AMS)"" is to evaluate human behaviors in polar environment. This study assesses how individual factors such as coping, universal values, and perception of stress influence team level factors such as perception of autonomy, team perspective, and team resilience in polar environment.
