Published purpose

Following the JWST ERS and Cycle 1 GO Announcement of Opportunity published on June 14, 2021, the CSA is providing funding via a Grant Agreement to the university to conduct research using the JWST. This project will demonstrate the capability of JWST to observe quasar host galaxies in the early Universe, and provide valuable insight into the growth of black holes and galaxies in the early Universe, and of the relationships between black holes and their host galaxies.
