Published purpose
This project aims to strengthen anti-corruption efforts in the Caribbean. It focuses on Barbados, the Dominican Republic, Grenada, Jamaica, and Trinidad and Tobago, while also supporting regional organizations, including the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) Secretariat, the CARICOM Implementation Agency for Crime and Security (CARICOM IMPACS), and the Commonwealth Caribbean Association of Integrity Commissions and Anti-Corruption Bodies (CCAICACB). Project activities include: (1) providing technical assistance to support the completion of Self-Assessment Checklists (SACLs) in participating countries; (2) developing and delivering advanced training workshops on anti-corruption issues for government officials and partner organizations; and (3) supporting CARICOM in adopting a Regional Agreement for the Co-sharing of Recovered Assets.
