Published purpose
This project aims to strengthen the integrity of the Haitian National Police (HNP) by supporting the establishment of its Polygraph Unit. Project activities include: (1) training, mentoring and certification for existing and new HNP polygraph experts; (2) expansion of the physical office space and provision of equipment; and (3) support to management in strategic planning, operational strengthening and institutionalization.
