Published purpose
The Victims and Vulnerable Persons Division (VVPD) within Ontario's Ministry of the Attorney General (MAG) manages the transfer payment agreements partnering with 2 service providers (CAMH in Toronto and Rideauwood in Ottawa, both who deliver treatment and support services) as well as the Provincial Agreement with Justice Canada. The Ontario partnership further includes other programs, and the Judiciary makes final decisions regarding the applicant's participation in the program. They also oversee weekly court sessions.
