Published purpose

Over the next five years, Waypoints Community Services Association will enhance the delivery of services for children/youth and families impacted by abuse by providing one location in Fort McMurray, serving the residents of Wood Buffalo, Alberta. The Child and Youth Advocacy Centre will be a multidisciplinary service to address the needs of child and youth victims and their families in the criminal justice system, thereby minimizing system-induced trauma by providing a single, child-friendly setting for young victims and their families seeking services.
