The Recipient agrees to undertake a project entitled "Capacity Building at the Community Level". The objective of this project is to provide communities with education and awareness about community-based justice through a series of workshops and a two-day Justice Gathering. Topics to be discussed will include First Nations History, Customs and By-Laws, Restorative Justice and the mainstream justice system, to name a few.
