Published purpose
The organization will hold ten educational programs and two information sessions for victim service and primary care providers in Toronto on how to better care for and support survivors of FGM in a professional and culturally sensitive manner. The project will also assist primary care providers and victim service organizations to develop policies on "duty to report" to reinforce the law on FGM.
