This done is through a series of policy meetings and the dissemination of education tools, guidance and good practices; (3) supporting civil society action on anti-Semitism, other forms of discrimination, and hate crime through capacity building and facilitating coalitions; and (4) providing national security institutions with technical assistance to strengthen legislation, policies and practice to combat hate crime.
