Published purpose
The project will begin the process of establishing a Child Advocacy Centre in the Cowichan Valley (Duncan), BC by conducting a needs assessment followed by a feasibility study. These reports will be critical in the development of a strategic and self-sufficiency plan for the Cowichan Valley Child Advocacy Centre.
