Published purpose
The organization will expand their services to include live chat and text messaging as a method of communication with victims and survivors of crime. The software (Olark) is an online all-in-one helpline management software used in crisis and social services worldwide. This software will allow the organization to offer support resources digitally to victims and survivors of crime across the country outside of normal business hours and accommodate victim's needs for privacy and safety concerns.
