Requested funding will allow the review and update of BC's version of the Youth Criminal Justice Act (YCJA) Pocket Guide to include the legislative amendments that came into force in December 2019. The pocket guide serves as an easily accessible reference for justice system professionals to quickly look-up specific provisions of the YCJA.
