Published purpose

This project aims to prepare a training plan for provincial and territorial stakeholders (except for Quebec) in the field of Family Law, in order to meet emerging needs for training in French, because of recent amendments to the Divorce Act. It also aims to conduct a survey of existing training and learning tools available in French to provincial and territorial stakeholders (except for Quebec) in the field of Family Law and related to the Divorce Act. Completion of this project will increase the capacity of the justice system and its stakeholders to provide justice-related services in both official languages.
