Published purpose
As a partner legal clinic within the Ontario Multi Community Clinic Group, this project will help service providers and the general public become more aware of specific provisions within the Residential Tenancies Act that support survivors of intimate partner violence and sexual assault. The organization will provide legal information, advice and representation, as well as examine current service delivery gaps with respect to independent legal advice and representation.
