Published purpose
The main objective of FAJEF's project is to provide training to IRCA assessors, to defence counsel and to other members of the legal profession. In addition, FAJEF raises awareness among judges across Canada's francophone minority communities on IRCAs for Black persons and other members of racialized minorities across Canada.
