Published purpose
This project aims to improve the justice system response to intimate partner violence by developing a national online course for Canadian judges on intimate partner violence in the family justice system. This training will help identify, understand, and respond to intimate partner violence in family law cases, and help apply the recent Divorce Act amendments pertaining to family violence. Modules will be developed and made in English and French.
