Published purpose
The Indigenous Courtworker Implementation Framework project will build off the ICW training that took place in April 2022. The IRJ will host a 2-day workshop with the ICW's, the Chief Judge, the Chief Federal Prosecutor, the Council of Yukon First Nations, and the Director of Legal Aid to formalize and implement a framework for how ICW's will operate in the Yukon.
