Published purpose
This multi-year territorial project will be used to develop and deliver training to all lawyers and staff at the Legal Services Board of Nunavut. The proposed training will strive: to find meaningful ways to work with Inuit; to reduce the overrepresentation of Inuit in the criminal justice system; and, to support more community based restorative justice measures.
