Published purpose
The Mi'gmawe'l Tplu'taqnn Inc (MTI) Gladue Reports project will work with 8 out of 9 Mi'gmaq communities (excluding Elsipogtog) to develop a framework for the delivery of Gladue reports. MTI will lead the process to hire a trainer for Gladue report writing and delivery, including working with communities and members of the judiciary to ensure successful implementation.
