Published purpose
Engage a nonprofit governance expert who can develop a series of customized nonprofit governance training workshops that broadly cover Board roles and responsibilities, legal requirements of nonprofit Boards, and conducting effective meetings that integrate First Nations approaches to decision making. In addition, the funding will cover notetaking training development to assist the First Nation in creating concise and accurate records of Board decision making meetings.
