The community justice project covered by this financial assistance agreement contributes to promoting alternative methods of conflict resolution and to remedying the overrepresentation of Aboriginal people in the justice system, in particular through prevention activities, diversion programs and support in the context of their social reintegration, including through Gladue after-care assistance.
