Published purpose
The organization will provide services that are relevant to the culture of victims to help them heal. The goal is to deal with the root causes of victimization and improve access to justice through Indigenous-led, culturally safe services. A new role, Victim Support Worker, will focus on counseling and providing information about justice options. Support will include land-based healing activities, healing circles, and covering expenses for necessary services.
