Published purpose
The project will address the intersecting legal needs of poverty affected tenants in the Niagara Peninsula through in-person and online public legal education and the provision of legal advice. The project aims to support marginalized tenants and houseless people, and those who face legal issues involving the Landlord and Tenant Board that may also intersect with the Human Rights Tribunal and/or small claims court.
