Published purpose
This project includes the publication of the collection “Common law in brief” which will include some 20 volumes presenting the fundamental areas of Canadian Common Law in a simple and concise manner in works with a maximum length of 50,000 words or 100 pages. Each volume will be written by an expert in the field, affiliated with the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law, and will undergo a professional review both in terms of content and form.
