Published purpose
This project engages at least 12 women subject matter experts in nuclear security from developing countries in three main activities that include: (1) providing funds for a gender equality event that engages other women in their home institutions; (2) providing a five-session webinar training series to develop knowledge and skills; and (3) conducting an in-person workshop in Vienna, Austria, to allow beneficiaries to discuss and analyze gender imbalance within the nuclear security and non-proliferation field and network with women experts from international institutions.
